ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is ready for pick up or local delivery.
We strive to fulfill your order promptly. However, items may occasionally be out of stock or subject to unexpected delays. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.

STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. The pick-up address is 14205 NE 18TH Ave, North Miami, FL 33181.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, choose the shipping option and enter your address. Local delivery is available only for addresses within 15 miles of our warehouse, and a delivery fee will be applied for this service.
After your order has been processed, we will email you the estimated delivery time. While most deliveries are completed sooner, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@2idhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES:
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@2idhome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed or delivered, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@2idhome.com with a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
